Our Para Tawny Collection is fortified with a creamy, aromatic brandy spirit, which imparts a spiced complexity during its extensive aging in seasoned oak. All of our fortified collection has a distinctive house style, characterised by a medium-weight profile and aromatic notes of lightly toasted almonds and papery almond skins.
