The long-standing partnership between Fino directors, renowned chef David Swain and Front-of-house personality Sharon Romeo, has resulted in one of South Australia’s most successful regional restaurants. Fino Seppeltsfield’s connection to region and deep commitment to the enjoyment of every guest is the driving force behind the Fino philosophy.

Fino Executive Chef, Sam Smith, having worked with David and Sharon for over 10 years, upholds this long-standing Fino food philosophy. He leads the Fino kitchen team using his skills and vast knowledge to curate plates that express both regionality and seasonality whilst supporting small-scale, sustainable producers.  The quintessential Fino long lunch is presented as a shared dining experience but we also offer other menu options catering to our range of guest experiences and expectations.

Fino takes its beverage offering just as seriously as it takes its food. The Fino wine list features an interesting selection of artisan wines from the Barossa, South Australia and Australia with a handful of international wines on offer. Our drinks list highlights cocktails showcasing the Seppeltsfield wine range as well as other locally sourced spirits, beers and ciders with a selection of Zero proof (alcohol free) drinks, offering an exciting alternative for the designated driver.
