The ambitious building plans of my great great grandfather Joseph Seppelt, included a full-scale winery and a bottling hall, to enable the whole of the production process from vineyard to bottle to be undertaken onsite. The bottling hall was eventually completed in 1900 and is now home to Seppeltsfield Cellar Door and FINO Seppeltsfield Restaurant.
