Craft distilling has returned to the historic 1877 distillery building at Seppeltsfield Estate, with award-winning Prohibition Liquor Co. now calling it home.
Open daily from 11am – 5pm.
The beautifully restored space operates as the distillery’s production outfit, tasting room and cocktail bar, blending heritage charm with contemporary Barossa hospitality. Set among the estate’s iconic palms and historic buildings, it’s the perfect place to settle in for a relaxed tasting, grazing lunch or afternoon cocktail.
Guests can explore Prohibition’s award-winning range through curated gin flights and guided tastings, with plenty of choice across classic and contemporary styles. Enjoy G&Ts on the lawn, settle in at the bar for a selection of classic cocktails, or experience tastings of the latest release gins.
To complement the spirits, a relaxed food menu is now available. Pizzas are served with gluten-free and vegan options available, alongside crisps and cheese plates that are perfect for pairing with a gin flight or cocktail.
