What does it cost to be a member Seppeltsfield’s Wine Club?

Seppeltsfield has a number of complimentary mailing lists and subscription wine club opportunities to suit your wine preferences and needs.

Our Community is a complimentary mailing list, providing members with the opportunity to keep up to date with events at Seppeltsfield, shop at 10% discount and complimentary delivery on one dozen eligible bottles of wine or more, delivered in Australia.

Cellar@Home Wine Club is a subscription based wine club, providing members with the convenience of scheduling their Cellar@Home shipments throughout the year. Cellar@Home Wine Club members can also access the same benefits as Our Community members. Minimum annual spend is $165.

Hand Picked Wine Club is a subscription based wine club, providing members with twice yearly user-choice shipments. Hand Picked Wine Club members also have access to the same benefits as Our Community members. Minimum annual spend of $432.

Centennial Members is a complimentary mailing list, guaranteeing members the opportunity to secure our annual 100-Year-Old Para Vintage Tawny release.

Palmy Army Wine Club is an annual minimum $500 spend wine club. All wine purchases and Seppeltsfield cellar door and wine club experience and tickets, are credited towards achieving the minimum $500 annual spend. This excludes purchases made with Fino Restaurant, Vasse Virgin, JamFactory and Segway Sensations SA.

Seppeltsfield Palmy Army members also enjoy an ongoing 15% discount on eligible wines, complimentary Australia-wide delivery on the purchase of wine dozen eligible wines or more, exclusive wine and partner offers, invites to exclusive wine events Australia-wide and on-site vineyard experiences, plus more. How many mailing lists & wine clubs can I be a part of?

The number of mailing lists and wine clubs you wish to join is up to you – allowing you to enjoy a range of wines from Seppeltsfield both at your leisure and/or through user-choice subscriptions.

Seppeltsfield’s Palmy Army Wine Club, is an exclusive wine club, whereby an invite is extended to our most loyal customers.

 

How do I earn an invite to join Seppeltsfield’s Palmy Army, or register my interest to join?

An invite to join Seppeltsfield’s Palmy Army, is earned through the enjoyment of Seppeltsfield’s wine and experiences; for loyal enthusiasts and ambassadors.

Through recognition, an invite will be extended, and on acceptance, you will be welcomed into our exclusive and growing Australia-wide army, providing you access to greater benefits from Seppeltsfield.

What happens if I’m a member of Seppeltsfield’s Palmy Army, and don’t achieve the minimum $500 spend?

Throughout the year, we will contact you either via email or phone, to advise of new vintage wine releases, first release to limited and unique bottlings and exclusive member events.

You will be able to view your complete purchase history, within your member home page also, allowing you to track your enjoyment of our wines.

At the end of the calendar year, should you not have maintained your membership and it has lapsed, your membership will return to a complimentary Our Community membership with Our Community associated benefits.

 

What does user-choice mean?

User-choice refers to your ability to select and amend your wine shipments to your liking, within the specific wine clubs. This can be complete with ease, within your member home page under ‘Club Memberships’, once logged in.

 

What if I forget my login details?

If you forget your login details, you can simply request a password reset on the login screen, or login using a magic link.

 

How much does it cost for shipping?

For wine purchases made online a flat shipping fee will be applied to all orders shipped within Australia. As a member of Our Community, Cellar@Home Wine Club, Hand Picked Wine Club and Palmy Army, you’ll enjoy complimentary shipping on orders of one dozen eligible bottled Seppeltsfield wines or more. Please ensure you are logged in to your account for this to apply.

A freight cost does apply for Seppeltsfield’s Centennial Collection, Cellar@Home range, Artisan products and Vintage Port.

 

What is classified as an eligible bottle of Seppeltsfield wine?

All Seppeltsfield branded bottled wines are classified as eligible. These can be identified when logging in, as they appear with your associated member discount. Please note Seppeltsfield’s Centennial Collection, Cellar@Home products and Vintage Port are not classified as Seppeltsfield branded bottled wine.

 

Where does Seppeltsfield ship wine?

Seppeltsfield ships wine to members all over Australia. Seppeltsfield will not ship wine during consecutive hot days with temperatures exceeding 38 degrees, to ensure your wine arrives to you in the best possible condition. All mailing list and wine club members must be over 18 years of age to take receipt of wine orders. Further delivery instructions can be provided during the checkout process.

I live outside of Australia; can I join Seppeltsfield’s mailing list and wine clubs?

Seppeltsfield’s Wine Club are currently only available for Australian addresses only.

If you’d like to join Our Community or Centennial Members mailing list, please join above to receive communications from Seppeltsfield.

 

How will my discount be applied to my purchases?

When you log in as a member your discount will automatically be applied to your online purchases. Your discount will also be applied when purchasing wines from our Cellar Door at Seppeltsfield, or via phone.

 

How do I keep my delivery and contact details up to date?

The best way to keep your delivery and contact details up to date, is by logging in to your account and accessing your member home page. Through your personalised member home page, you can maintain your best delivery and contact details, securely store your credit card details, amend your wine club shipments and delivery dates as well as view your purchase history.

 

Are my credit card and account details security protected?

Yes, your payment details are processed securely through our fully compliant payment providers, according to all appropriate industry security standards. Once your card details are entered online, they are securely stored in our digital vault.

You can update these details within your member home page at any time, by logging in to your personal account. Your credit card details will be kept secure, and charged only at time of purchasing products from Seppeltsfield, by confirming your card details using the last four digits of the card.

What happens if there’s something wrong with my wine order?

How do I stop receiving email communications from you?

Each email we send has an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the page. This will unsubscribe you from all emails with the exception of transactional emails. These include order/delivery emails and account notifications (password recoveries, payment expiries, processing problems). Unsubscribing means we will be unable to email you to let you know about special offers.
